Tungsten carbide micropore nozzles have an aperture of 0.3-0.4 mm, an accuracy of ±0.01 mm, and a roughness of up to Ra0.8. They are primarily used for:
- Laser solder ball welding: 0.39 mm aperture nozzles are commonly used in precision solder ball welding machines, suitable for small solder balls such as 250μm and 300μm, and are widely used in the electronics industry (such as chip packaging and PCB soldering).
- Sandblasting and Shot Peening: Used for surface treatment, spraying abrasives (such as steel grit and glass beads) to clean or strengthen material surfaces.
- Precision Spraying: Suitable for high-precision fluid control, such as inkjet printing, painting, or chemical liquid spraying.
- Other Applications: Oil drilling (PDC drill bit cooling), chemical fiber spinning, and dispensing equipment.
